As an admin, do you give warnings or just ban them?
Too me it depends on the offence done.

Depends on what is done, but for smaller things a warning will do. Somethings just need to result in a ban, but most don't.

I usually give out warnings just to show them don't ever do that next time.

I would warn the first, but if they continue then I ban them

Depends, I usually give out warnings, but if it's something really serious then banning them would be more appropriate.
